Twice each year, we send our County Satisfaction Survey to county directors, supervisors, financial workers, care coordinators, and other public health and human services staff, and we ask if South Country is meeting your needs and the needs of our members.
In August, county staff responded to the survey and rated us based on these measures:
- Getting you the information you need
- Responding to you in a timely fashion
- Meeting the needs of members you work with
We take your answers and comments seriously. This survey helps us learn what we’re doing well and where we need to improve. We read each response and try to find ways to improve our services where possible.
