Join us for our next Rural Stakeholders’ Group meeting!
You will have an opportunity to give input and feedback about the needs, concerns, benefits, and values related to South Country Health Alliance members enrolled in our Senior (over 65 years) and Special Needs BasicCare (SNBC) products.
Topics of conversation will include the following:
- Dental project for the SNBC population (adults with disabilities)
- Healthy Pathways mental health program
- DiamondView Health Information Exchange (HIE)
- RideConnect non-emergency medical transportation
The meeting is scheduled Wednesday, May 16, 2018, from 1-3 p.m. Registration is from 12:30-1 p.m. It will be held at South Country Health Alliance’s office in Owatonna, with additional ITV locations available in Morrison, Brown, Goodhue, and Kanabec counties.
