Code of Conduct
South Country Health Alliance is committed to conducting business in an ethical and honest manner and within the bounds of the law. Our Code of Conduct (pdf) is intended to provide employees, agents, and governing board members with guidelines for conducting business in a manner which satisfies this strict standard.
The standards contained in this Code of Conduct are important, and therefore any violation will be handled in accordance with the Disciplinary Policy, as outlined in Human Resources policies or other applicable policies and procedures of South Country. In addition, referral of certain matters will be made to government and regulatory agencies as appropriate.
Our Code of Conduct demonstrates that we have strong values, we will do the right thing, and that we will act to correct any inappropriate behavior. Violations to the Code of Conduct or South Country policies and procedures will be addressed in accordance with our policies and as required by law.
