South Country Health Alliance has a strong preventive care program that offers up to $75 rewards to you and your family when you seek timely screenings, vaccinations and well-care visits. South Country AbilityCare, SingleCare, SharedCare, MSC+ and SeniorCare Complete members can also get up to $20 off the cost of your monthly health club membership fees through our Be Active program. RideConnect offers transportation for eligible members who need rides to and from your covered health care appointments. Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services include unassisted and assisted transportation, depending on your level of need. Learn more about our RideConnect transportation services.

Members have access to the South Country's Nurse Advice service, where you can call and get free advice from experienced nurses to help you decide what care you need 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Use the phone number on the back of your member ID card. Learn more about Nurse Advice.
