Role
As Director of Operations, Cheri is responsible for oversight of those South Country business components that support quality customer service and efficient administrative operations. Her team’s responsibilities include member services call center, enrollment, benefits, claims, as well as managing the contractual relationships with South Country’s medical, dental, and pharmacy administrative service organizations.
Additional information
Cheri began employment with South Country in 2013. Previously, she worked as Waseca County Public Health Director. In that role she served on the committee responsible for the formation of South Country Health Alliance.
