Director of Community Engagement
Role
As the Director of Community Engagement, Kelly provides oversight for the Communications, Quality and Care Coordination/Systems teams. These teams help ensure members receive accurate and timely information, quality care and that care is coordinated across all settings. The Community Engagement team works closely with South Country’s member counties and other community organizations and partners to help serve members and support communities.
Additional information
Kelly rejoined South Country Health Alliance in 2021. She has 25 years of business experience, including over 15 years of communications and 7 years of medical/health plan experience. In addition, Kelly has 10 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and corporate responsibility. Kelly previously worked at South Country Health Alliance from 2005 – 2008.
