Director of Human Resources
As the Director of Human Resources since 2016, Bill is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including developing, implementing, and administering policies and programs concerning employee recruitment, wage and benefits, performance management, HR compliance, and workers compensation. He works closely with managers and employees to enhance the effectiveness of the organization’s human resources enabling employees to perform at their maximum potential and support the organization’s mission and values.
With over 30 years’ experience in leading and implementing human resource strategies in a variety of industries, including 20 years in health care, he has successfully developed and completed work plans that have increased employee engagement, ensure compliance, and provided consultation to leaders at all levels of an organization
