Who we are

Our website address is: https://mnscha.org.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

South Country Health Alliance may gather personal information through the use of forms or similar web data entry. We may collect general data that is not personally identifiable information such as an IP address or browser type. We collect this information through clickstream tracking, automatic logging files, and so on. The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our website with data from other sources. We do not share data with any third parties.

Comments, Feedback, and Requests

When visitors submit information on the site we collect the data shown in the respective form, and also the visitorโ€™s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection - however these two data items are not used together in any way. Comments and feedback are forwarded to the appropriate parties for review, and requests are sent for fulfillment.

Cookies

We may also use cookies to collect information. A cookie is a small text file that our web server places on a userโ€™s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable South Country Health Alliance to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies may have an expiration date. Our cookies do not currently collect personally identifiable information. This site uses a tool that collects some information about page requests and sends it to search engines. This helps the search engines index this site. We control the configuration of the tool and are responsible for any information sent to the search engines.

If you do not wish to have cookies placed on your computer, you can remove them by changing your computerโ€™s internet settings or by manual deletion.

Embedded content from other websites

South Country Health Allianceโ€™s website contains links to third party websites and services. We do not own, operate, or control these websites or their services. These external websites and any information you provide when you access them are in no way subject to this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use. South Country Health Alliance is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other websites nor the disclosure of information they may collect. We encourage you to be aware of when you are leaving the South Country Health Alliance website and to read the Privacy Policies of linked websites.

Analytics

South Country uses Google Analytics software to understand how visitors engage with our website.

Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies to report on visitor (aka. user) interactions on our website. Users may disable cookies or delete any individual cookie.

In addition, Google Analytics supports an optional browser add-on that - once installed and enabled - disables measurement by Google Analytics for any site a user visits. Note that this add-on only disables Google Analytics measurement.

Google Analytics also collects Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to provide and protect the security of the service, and to give website owners a sense of which country, state, or city in the world their users come from (also known as "IP geolocation"). Google Analytics provides a method to mask IPs that are collected (detailed below) but note that website owners have access to their usersโ€™ IP addresses even if the website owners do not use Google Analytics.

How long we retain your data

Analytical data is kept for up to 26 months. User submitted data is generally retained for 60 days or less, but in some cases may be kept longer.
