Provider COVID-19 Resources & Info

South Country Health Alliance (South Country) Provider Contact Center will be available for our health care providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are taking steps to protect our employees and still provide the support our providers need during the coronavirus pandemic. Things are changing rapidly and we will be updating our website as new developments occur. Please check back frequently for updates.

Waiving Member Copays

South Country is waiving copays for services related to COVID-19 during the public health emergency. This includes copays for testing, diagnostic services, and treatment services related to COVID-19. When billing for these services, please use modifier CS to indicate the cost-sharing waiver for COVID-19 testing-related services.


South Country will be eliminating the 2% Medicare Sequestration from 5/1/2020 to 3/31/2021 per Section 3709 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
