Pharmacy Coordinator

The Pharmacy Coordinator is responsible for utilizing PBM systems to analyze data and monitor work, coordinating with internal staff and PBM regarding pharmacy projects and issues, communicating with the PBM, and assisting with the implementation of new and existing DHS/CMS contractual requirements.
Qualification needed
Qualifications include an associate degree in business administration, or related degree and 3 years’ experience in working with data and analyzing reports required. Basic knowledge of State and Federal programs (Medical Assistance and Medicare) preferred, as well as Pharmacy Technician license or certification.

Pharmacy Manager

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of pharmaceutical management strategies in response to pharmaceutical trend reporting, specialty drug utilization and cost reports to assure resource stewardship and optimize enrollee benefit. The position will also assist in effectively implementing South Country quality improvement initiatives, provide consultative services, and to apply strategies that appropriately manage pharmaceutical cost and assure member access to safe and effective pharmaceuticals.
Qualification needed
Required: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred), with 2 years’ experience in working with Medicare and Medicaid. Demonstrated experienced in multiple areas such as: Utilization Management (UM), Disease Management (DM), Medication Therapy Management (MTM), Managed Care Organization (MCO), and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). Current and unrestricted Minnesota pharmacy license required.

Director of Community Engagement

The Director of Community Engagement is responsible for enhancing South Country’s relationships in the communities served, identifying opportunities to articulate South Country’s value to the community and lead the development and implementation of South Country’s partnerships and integration initiatives with South Country’s member counties, key service providers and other community representatives who are integral to enhancing population health at the community level. This individual is also responsible for providing leadership and direction to care coordination/ case management internally and within our counties, quality, and marketing and communication teams.
Qualification needed
Required:
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work or Nursing required with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience that includes Medicare and pre-paid Medical Assistance program knowledge and supervisor/management experience. In lieu of four-year degree, a combination of ten years’ experience working with public health, Medicaid/Medicare programs and at least 5 years combined supervisory/management experience.
Preferred: Prior health plan experience

Human Resource Intern (up to 3 months)

The Human Resource Intern’s role includes assisting with fundamental HR tasks, such as updating employee records, filing HR documents, reviewing HR policies, initiating background checks, assisting the HR Department in planning, and organizing training and other activities, and other duties as assigned.
