I want to thank you for doing a good job.  You were very clear, direct, and easy to understand.  There are very few places a guy can call now days and get answers that he can understand.  You are doing a good job.

I have only called a couple of times, but everyone is always so helpful.

I don't know how you guys do it. You guys are all so good at your job. Do you ever have a bad day? Because you sure don't show it. Everyone is so helpful and so sweet. You deserve a raise and I would be the first one in line to tell them.
