The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released the 2024 Medicare Plan Finder information showing South Country Health Alliance’s SeniorCare Complete (D-SNP) plan earned a 4.5 out of 5-star rating. CMS uses information from member satisfaction surveys, plans and health care providers to give overall performance star ratings to plans. A plan can get a rating between 1 and 5 stars. A 4.5-star rating is considered excellent.
“Our excellent star rating for our SeniorCare Complete plan demonstrates the hard work and dedication of our team and providers to improve the health outcomes of our members,” said Leota Lind, South Country’s CEO. “Receiving the excellent rating is a wonderful accomplishment. I am extremely proud of the work we’ve done and will continue to do to serve our members.”
